On 8 April 2021, MoU signing ceremony between Vietnam Japan University and Mitani Co., Ltd. Sangyo and Koganeu Seiki Company has taken place at JICA office in Tokyo and at VJU Campus in Ha Noi. The signing ceremony was participated by Japan’s Ambassador to Viet Nam, representatives from JICA and the two companies and VJU staff.
According to this MoU, Vietnam Japan University and the two enterprises will become extensive strategic partners, especially in VJU’s training activities. More specifically, some modules will be delivered by enterprises such as “Japanese and Vietnamese Business”, “Japanese Management” and “Japanese-style manufacturing”, which are designed at given time for BSJ students. These courses will be a better chance for VJU students to get to know more about practical knowledge from the enterprises’ perspectives. Furthermore, field visits in such cooperation will get students closer to real working environment in the enterprises.
With such tight cooperation with Japanese partners and support from JICA, VJU is making the best efforts to offer quality tertiary education to learners, especially in such competitive training environment in Viet Nam. Vice Rector Nguyen Hoang Oanh said at the ceremony: “With the designed courses, we hope students to have interesting and useful lessons in classes and become good graduates who are well-educated and skillful to meet employers’ requirements after graduation.”
