Applicants must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification);
- Hold a valid English or Japanese language proficiency certificate (as required by the respective program) equivalent to Level 4 or higher of Vietnam’s 6-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework.
- Have a clear personal background and be in good health for study;
- Domestic and international applicants are eligible to apply.

6. Tuition and Fees
- Tuition fee for Vietnamese students: VND 92,000,000 for the entire 2-year program.
- Tuition fee for international students: VND 110,000,000 for the entire 2-year program.
- Application review fee: VND 200,000/application/round.
- Interview fee: VND 500,000/application/round.
- Supplementary course fee: 100% financial support provided.
