On December 13, 2023, the Master’s Program in NanoTechnology held an acceptance council for three scientific research topics of three groups of the 7th batch of master’s students from the Master’s Program in Nanotechnology (MNT). Upon assessment, the council deemed three research topics to be highly applicable and recommended further development to enhance their practical suitability.
Members of the acceptance committee include:
- Prof. Dr. Sci. Nguyen Hoang Luong – Chairman
- Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Hoang Nam – Member, Reviewer 1
- Dr. Pham Van Thanh – Member, Reviewer 2
- Dr. Nguyen Hoang Oanh – Member, Commissioner
- Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Xuan Hoan – Member, Scientific Secretary
Topic 1: Characterization on ptype oxide semiconducting thin films with three metal elements towards developing high-entropy materials. (Tiếng Việt: Khảo sát màng mỏng ô-xít bán dẫn loại p với ba nguyên tố kim loại nhằm định hướng phát triển vật liệu có entropy cao.)
Implementer: Mr. Nguyen Danh Thanh – Project leader
Members: Mr. Do Duc Thanh, Ms. Nguyen Dieu Thao, Ms. Do Thi Phong Thu, Mr. Tran Quyet Thang.
