Implementing the official dispatch, no. 161/ĐHQGHN-CT&CTHSSV dated 19/1/2022 by Vietnam National University, Hanoi on preparing the conditions for students to study on-site from Semester II, academic year 2021-2022; Pursuant to the current situation of Covid-19 prevention in Hanoi; Pursuant to the academic plan and activities of Vietnam Japan University (VJU),
VJU would like to announce as follows:
1) From 14/02 to 27/02/2022, all master and bachelor students in all intakes will take all courses organized by VJU online.
2) From 28/02/2022 onwards, all master and bachelor students will study on-site. In the exceptional case that lecturers and students are not able to go to university because of Covid-19, it is requested that programs should make a list reported to the Academic and Student Affairs Office to organize classes in the suitable mode: combination of on-site and online (blended learning), or online only.
3) In case the pandemic becomes unexpectedly complicated that cannot ensure the on-site learning activities, VJU will announce timely to all the programs, offices and learners.
3) When coming to VJU to study on-site, it is requested that all units and students strictly follow the Covid-19 prevention measures as guided by the Vietnam Ministry of Health. Every lecturer and learner should take at least 2 doses of Covid-19 prevention vaccines before learning on-site. In case one cannot take sufficient doses of vaccines, kindly report to Academic and Student Affairs Office via email studentaffairs@st.vju.ac.vn for further support.
It is requested that all units and students within VJU implement all the above contents.
