Yoshinoya was founded in 1899 at a Nihonbashi fishing village market in Chuoko Tokyo with the purpose of providing busy fishermen with delicious, fast-preparatory, and healthy meals. Up to now, the company has developed in 10 countries. Since 2016, representatives of Yoshinoya Holdings began to cooperate with VJU through lecture series with many different topics. This lecture by Yoshinoya Holdings will present the topic of Food Security and Food Safety. This is also an issue that Vietnamese people have been concerned about since a series of food poisoning incidents have occurred across the country.
