On November 12, 2023, representatives of Vietnam Japan University – a group of students from the Japanese Studies program (BJS) gave a presentation on the topic “Sustainable Development for Kids” at the ‘Together Action for the SDGs’.
With the theme ‘Sustainable Development for Kids’, VJU students brought close, easy-to-understand messages to raise children’s awareness of Sustainable Development through daily habits. For example, the message “always eat all your food” or “eat enough vegetables, meat, fish, milk, etc.” to “do not waste your food”.
At the end of the presentation, the VJU student group also sent a message to help the children gain more confidence and be aware of their own responsibility to protect the environment so that they can join hands to contribute to achieving Sustainable Development goals.
The event will focus on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) activities, where SDG activities will be introduced and explored through discussions, practical experiences and creative activities from many other organizations together.
