On November 25th, Vietnam Japan University attended “Meet Japan 2020” event in Ha Noi. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Japan in Viet Nam held the event in order to promote cooperation between two countries in a number of fields.

At the event, Prof.Furuta Motoo – VJU’s Rector attended the Conference “Meet Japan” where ministry-level and provincial leaders gathered and discussed about issues for cooperation such as digital transformation, smart cities, human resource development and training…

At the exhibition hall, 9 master programs and BJS have been shown with updated information. Questions from audience and partners have been addressed by the booth by VJU staff. At the side event, Prof.Furuta Motoo met some provincial partners from Phu Tho and Dak Nong in order to discuss opportunities for cooperation, especially in training Japanese language and some specialties such as environment, infrastructure, climate change.

It shows that in addition to Phu Tho and Dak Nong, some southern provinces are now in high demand for high quality human resources who can use Japanese to work for Japan companies in Viet Nam.
