As a global retailer, UNIQLO and FAST RETAILING Group place the highest priority on sustainability. In previous lectures, it was explained that FAST RETAILING UNIQLO had a business model that connected all retail processes such as planning, manufacturing, and sales. FAST RETAILING has a sustainability statement of “Unlocking the Power of Clothing.” What exactly does the realization of a sustainable society through clothes mean? What kind of social issues can be solved with the Power of Clothing? In this lecture, the global efforts of the FAST RETAILING group and the sustainability activities that UNIQLO has carried out since its entry into Vietnam in 2019 will be explained.
