On July 12, 2023, VNU Vietnam Japan University held a seminar ” Food Tech With & After in Food-service” presented by Ms. Sutharat Wirachapan, representative of Yoshinoya Holdings Co., Ltd..
Yoshinoya Holdings Co., Ltd. is a large food restaurant chain business group in Japan. Over the years, Yoshinoya Holdings Co., Ltd. and VNU Vietnam Japan University have had many cooperations in training through student internships and professional lectures. In 2023, Yoshinoya Holdings Co., Ltd. continues to cooperate with VNU Vietnam Japan University to organize a lecture on the topic “The role of food technology in food service” for students and lecturers of VNU Vietnam Japan University and some other partners.
The seminar aims to share and introduce basic and necessary knowledge for lecturers and students of relevant majors in the field of Food Technology and Health, Smart Agriculture and Sustainability; raise awareness for companies and organizations operating in Vietnam about the role of food technology in the food service industry, and identify risk signs in food technology management in the industry food service to offer practical solutions in the prevention of food poisoning problems.
