Postpone the procurement of consultant service survey on social needs for academic programs of VNU Viet Nam Japan University

JICA has disclosed the Request for Proposal inviting for consulting service for the captioned survey and set the bid close time on October 2, 2020, Friday. However, we would like to postpone the bid temporarity due to additional procedures on Japanese side.

Further notice will be sent once the procedures are completed.
