Vietnam Japan University (VJU) is a new university model in Vietnam, the seventh member university under Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), envisaged to become an internationally recognized university, and a symbol of the close and fruitful cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.

Required duties and responsibilities
- Assist to develop VJU strategy, organization, HR strategy and HR master plan.
- Define HR structure (Job-Position, TOR, Criteria).
- Assist to plan, appoint and manage executives in VJU.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal, emulation, reward and punishment system in VJU.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: Masters’ degree (graduation in developed countries is an advantage).
- Work experience:
- Minimum 3 years in relevant position.
- Well-known about regulations, policies related to education sector with focus on administration, organization and human resource development.
- Working experiences in education sector and familiar with Japanese academic working style are advantages
- Understanding of International and Japanese regulations/processes is an advantage.
- Foreign language: Be fluent in spoken and written English (IELTS 6.5). Proficiency in Japanese will be considered an advantage.
- Preferred skills:
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office.
- Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and make deadlines.
- Demonstrates good judgment and professional; problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and teamwork skills.
- Attitudes:
- High commitment.
- Highly responsible toward work.
- Responsibility, accountability and services oriented.
What VJU can offer
Successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package comprising of:
- Basic monthly salary: negotiable;
- Monthly meal allowances: 700,000 VND;
- Bonus and Benefit: Followed VJU’s regulation.

Recruitment process
