20 high-school students from Toyama Prefecture having the first time visiting Vietnam experienced joyful and wonderful time together with VJU students.
Coming from Toyama Prefecture, the prefecture along the Sea of Japan coast in the Chubu Region, Toyama students brought a lots of interesting stories to tell VJU students from life and people from the their beautiful hometown. 20 students was selected from 20 different high schools across Toyama Prefecture to come visit Vietnam. VJU is one of their destination of their journey in Vietnam to share Japanese culture and learn Vietnamese culture as well.
On their morning in VJU campus, high-school students attended Nihongo Café – one Japanese learning class in VJU – with VJU students. During the class, the students were allocated to join various groups talking with VJU students in Japanese. Alongside, they had prepared many joyful activities to help VJU students learn more about Japanese culture in general and Toyama Prefecture unique culture, foods and landscape in particular.
