The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Vietnam now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: Survey on Social Needs for Academic Programs of VNU Vietnam Japan University. More details of the services are provided here.
Overall, consultants are invited to submit a Technical Proposal together with a Financial Proposals for consulting services required for the assignment. The Proposal will be basis for negotiating and ultimately signing the Contract with the selected Consultant.
