From 13th to 18th August 2018, All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd (ANA) office in Vietnam organized internship program for students from VNUHN Vietnam Japan University and Hosei University at ANA office at Noi Bai Airport, which is a great opportunity for the students experiencing authentic setting of the professional aviation company.

After 6-day internship program, the students attended various lectures, which helps them are more knowledgeable about aviation industry.
Besides, the students have been explained the details of the aeronautical industry by ANA staff, such as Index on Customer Satisfaction, On-Time, safety, airport (passenger/cargo) handling, and especially, cycle of quality improvement (KAIZEN) based on customers’ voice.
