Welcoming the new year is an extremely important holiday to say goodbye to the old year and welcome the new year, praying for good things and hoping for a complete and happy year. Japan welcomes the new year with the name “Oshougatsu”, while Vietnam’s new year is associated with the very familiar name “Tet”. During the New Year holidays, we will come together and partake in various meaningful activities to celebrate Tet or Oshougatsu.
To immerse yourself in the atmosphere of welcoming the New Year and on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, students of clubs under VJU including VJU NEB – 日越文化 – Vietnam Japan Cultural Club, VJUB – Vietnam Japan University Basketball Club, VJUA – Vietnam Japan University Artist, together with Momoha – a Japanese exchange student at VJU would like to send an invitation to participate in the “Vietnam – Japan Tet” event. The event aims to introduce to everyone the unique features of Japanese and Vietnamese customs, traditions, dishes and games through experiential activities. We humbly invite you to join us at the upcoming “Vietnam – Japan Tet” event, where you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting games and receive unique gifts. We will provide you with further details shortly, and we kindly request that you keep yourself updated by following our communications.
What are you waiting for? Come and join us now!
