On March 10, 2023, Vietnam Japan University and Osaka University held a seminar to introduce the Integrated Engineer - Master's Program in Intelligent Mechatronics System & Japanese Manufacturing (EMJM). The seminar was attended by officials, lecturers, and high school students in Hanoi.

During the seminar, experts from the two universities respectively introduced and explained the contents of the program Intelligent Mechatronics System & Japanese Manufacturing (EMJM). This is the first program that VJU has launched a combined integrated Engineer - Master's program and will open in the fall of this year with the cooperation between the two universities.

This interdisciplinary program integrates three advanced engineering fields: Automation - Information Technology - Precision Mechanical Engineering. The "Monozukuri" philosophy of Japanese manufacturing is applied holistically throughout the program. This is a program with very high scientific application to train highly skilled human resources who can work in Japan and Vietnam in the future.

The seminar ended with a comment on the current "under-optimal" systems by Prof. ENOOMOTO Toshiyuki aims to emphasize the importance of the new discipline in future technology development.
