Workshop “Entrepreneurial Educator” is designed to foster creative thinking, entrepreneurial mindset for educators (lecturers and staff) of Vietnam Japan University. Throughout the course, participants will be introduced to the core techniques and tools of creative thinking, problem solving and team-based innovation in an educational context.

The program is designed with the main method "learning by doing" in which the participants will co-create the values throughout the course. With individual and team challenges on creativity and design thinking, the participants are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone to explore their own capabilities and collaborate with colleagues from different professional background to strengthen team collaboration capacity...

After the course, participating educators are expected to be connected in a community of entrepreneurial educators to embrace and lead changes in higher education in the context of the 21st century and form initiatives of innovation in the university.
